I could see them playing in the Rose Bowl before playing at the Silver Bowl.In relocating to L.A., the Chargers just announced they will play their 8 home games next season in 30,000 seat StubHub Center.
Assuming Raiders move to Las Vegas, and depending on how the reaction by Oakland officials/community goes, it seems very plausible that Sam Boyd could house the Raiders (if needed) until the new stadium is built.

I can't remember Sam Boyd Stadium to save my life. I had to look it up.Silver Bowl? You're showing your age BC. I wonder why the Chargers bypassed the Rose Bowl.
Would be cheaper than the rent at the raiders current homeI still don't see why they'd invest money into SBS. It's gonna take a mountain of cash to get that thing up to speed
The Rose Bowl has said no to hosting NFL games.Silver Bowl? You're showing your age BC. I wonder why the Chargers bypassed the Rose Bowl.
If Sheldon walks, Wynn will step right in. It would be the greatest in your face of all time between them. I would love to see it.It's ironic since Adelson was so instrumental in getting the state to approve the public funding that now he is the largest hurdle in the deal. He's shrewd (not to mention greedy). The NFL vote doesn't worry me as much as the project financing situation does if Adelson walks or if the Raiders simply decide to find an alternate investor(s). That's the biggest question mark I see right now heading into the February 15 deadline. Overall the picture looks good but for now at least Adelson seems to be the imposing linchpin.
It Wynn just steps in to guarantee a portion of the loan, then Goldman Sach's can give us a better deal all around.Wynn would be nice too, simply because he knows the LVCA will promote the facility better than Adelson. R&R has done a great job as the PR company for the LVCA, promoting the city and SA wouldn't use them. Maybe the Stadium Authority would control that aspect, I don't know that at this point in time.
