i thought I saw something on twitter or somewhere about a 6’4” 200 lb DB transfer coming in. The name I think was something like Hamel. Anyway I didn’t recognize his name from spring ball. Maybe a JC that didn’t come in mid-year. Does it ring a bell with you?

That’s the guy. Now I see why I thought his name might be Hamel. Kind of a combo of his first & last names. Is he a freshman? Any info?

Hamm actually went to the Prep school because he didn't get the big offers he wanted coming out of high school. Urban Meyer offered him and he was going to go Ohio St. but when Meyer left the new head coach pulled the offer. Virginia also had offered him but when they flipped a Va Tech kid they pulled the offer.
