Two very interesting games that are going to say a lot about how the conference will do this year.

Air Force v unr - AF is up 31-7 early in the second half and it is obvious unr has zero offense and will have no chance against any team with a good offense. Currently 358 yards offense for AF and 100 yards for unr

BSU v UTEP - This game is showing what we already know which is BSU has a decent defense but doesn't have much of an offense. UTEP is ranked 123rd out of 131 teams has a 1-3 record and currently has a 155 yard to 55 yard advantage over BSU and UTEP is winning 10-3

UTEP 27 bsu 10 A bottom 10 team is manhandling Boise State. BSU was a 16.5 point favorite in this game!

BSU is over, it's been steady decline for the last 4 years, no longer dominant MWC team. UTEP is garbage, get dump truck for MWC.

BSU has been in decline sine Petersen left. Heck one could argue that they’ve been in decline since 2008, though that would have been impossible to keep up. Petersen kept them at the top of the MWC, but since his departure they’ve only been contenders for that position. This year is bad though. They legitimately may not make a bowl. Crazy to see them in this state. Wonder how patient they‘ll be with Avalos. Funny how everyone (myself included) thought that Boise got the better Oregon assistant.

Last year UNLV was a doormat, this year UNLV may have a legit chance at the MWC conference title. It looks like the entire MWC has taken a dump with the exception of UNLV. Beat Utah State on Saturday and I think they will have UNLV as one of the top 3 or 4 teams in the conference!

Wow, I just saw that Colorado St is 4 point underdogs at home to mighty Sacramento State. You’ve got to be kidding me. The MW is horrible.

Air Force and even Wyoming may be the best teams.
Unlv has a very good shot at the west.
Fresno without their QB is still a threat. And despite how poorly they have played, I always worry about SDSU.
But yeah UNLV has a least a chance
