I know this may sound crazy, but Coach Sanchez kinda reminds me of Urban Meyer when he took the Utah job. Sure, Urban had already been coaching college football....but it was at Bowling Green, and it was barely two years that he was there.

What I don't know is if Sanchez can be the artist that Meyer has been, including turning around Bowling Green with a style that was all his own, and running a system that had never been attempted and was all concept. That may end up being the difference maker....

BUT, what Meyer did/does better than 99.99% of coaches, is he motivates, and his organizational skills are 2nd to nobody...I believe that's what's made Meyer successful...and, that's where I think that Sanchez will succeed...He already had the most organized, disciplined HS team in the country...imagine what he can do with a team at this level, with 100% college level athletes.

I think there's a lot to be excited about, and I can't wait to see this team compete.
