Someone who I respect texted and said, "Tubby to Memphis. Beard back to Tech before the ink at UNLV is dry..."
I respect his info but is seems like serious speculation but who could blame him after the recent process. Douch bag kids leaving one after the other. His family is there (I think). Assistant coach for 10 years. Power 5 conference, etc.
Not much positive for us but it would make up for our budget short fall and add a cool $1M for future short falls (give it time and it will happen). We could also get our tears back from saying goodbye to RM as well.
This school/program needs to take a long step back and evaluate the situation if this is even a possibility.
