The good ones are always ahead of the rest in technologies and latest adjustments. Facilities and conference affiliations are great but not what will determines the future successful coach be. Successful coaches will implements what other coach will not do. Same as businesses. We are hardliners that will not change until we runs out off option. The new age coach will have everything plan for each player's weakness and strengths..etc. Many more...dont hires a hardliner like us....
