I was late, but finally watched the Snoop and Son 4 parter. Great great representation.

I have to say, I absolutely love Tony's fire, passion and refusal to take nothing but the best from his guys.

Regardless of wins and losses next season, I am certain none will ever be because of his lack of ability to motivate players, and to ensure they give their all, at all times, both on and off the field.

I love every time that man speaks, Hell, times through that program and other videos I've watch that wasn't that series, guy makes ME motivated to put pads on lol.

I enjoyed all four episodes. I was really impressed with how Sanchez communicated with his players. He has the right mixture of motivation and encouragement as well as discipline and criticism. His leadership is dynamic because he's both smart and tough. He gives a lot to his guys and expects a lot in return.

I watched the marathon this past weekend. I really liked what I saw with Sanchez in the small bits he was in. What I really liked was hearing and to some degree seeing how structured and difficult their practices were. I do not think with the quality of this staff, and his own vision that the move from high school to college will be the huge jump.

The other thing I like is that whether people realize it or not that show was free recruiting for UNLV and should resonate for a year or two..
