Okay, so I am going to start by saying, as a Rebel, and an absolute legend, I love the guy. But as a coach, esp a head coach....I would not want that. Augmon, from a social aspect, reminds me a lot of Marshawn Terrell Lynch. VERY good at what he does, but just too introvert (like him and I) to coach his knowledge, even though he has a top percentile of knowhow on the topic There is a reason he had to say something to the effect of "Okay, fine, I will finally speak up." I am sorry, but even some of the greatest of players are just not cut out to be coaches. You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you cannot materialize it into teaching, it just does not work.

The man is a phenom, and dubbed the plastic man for a reason. I just don't see him being a successful head coach....anywhere.

THese are scattered thoughts, but I hope, in a way, it makes some sense. If the thread gears traction I can better explain my thoughts throughout.

Again, AUGMON IS A LEGEND in my heart, mind and a Rebel through and through. I have the utmost respect for him and feel fortunate to call him a Rebel. I just don't think he'd be what we need at this juncture.
