Another thing: School Colors matter ??

It’s a rivalry game. We don’t wear either of our school colors? No Scarlet… No Grey???? We wear black to show toughness?? Or what? What is the purpose ?? Reno should wear Blue and the Rebs wear Red…. I should have watched the game on my black & white television…

Colors don’t matter. Mascot doesn’t matter. Accountability and expectations don’t matter.

Get with the program. After a victory, no matter who it is against, head to church and thank God, then go out and celebrate the victory in grand style. Losses are ok, because we will get 15 opportunities for those warm fuzzies.

To be fair, they've done white outs in the past too, and white isn't our school color either.

I remember being there against a team like Louisville or someone similar, and it was rocking in there. Maybe the black out is symbolic of the feeling of the morgue these days.

This isn’t a white out or black out. It’s just encouraging everyone to wear black. Which is stupid. Besides, if UNLV had any brains, they would never have any “out” nights when they draw 3 thousand a game. Ps. White is every school’s home jersey. Road wears their colors. I realize that is old school thinking. I suppose the Rebs will be wearing their home “blacks” tonight..
