I have been keeping a EYE on UNLVTICKETS and it seems like the 3rd level has been selling good. I seen multiple sections not for selling anymore since Yesterday. Unless they pulled them for what ever reason. But it look like we should easily have a crowd of 45000 plus. WIN AND THEY WILL COME!! This is Vegas! Most people only support winners in this town not losers . Unfortunately I support both.
I just don’t want to see us firing deep balls straight outta the gate. A little ball control early and see if they can stop a drive. Honestly take a bit out of what Syracuse did to us and keep the chains moving.
The longer we can keep it close the better our chances. If it’s a one score game going into the fourth we’re gonna take this game. An early interception to make their QB think twice would go a long way. We’re an underdog without a doubt but we also have the capability to win this one.

This Boise game is huge obviously, but maybe they can offer some discounted rate for the next home game to all people that attended the Boise game. Or something similar.
Yes. If youre already opening the level up, man, take advantage of the support and offer 2 for 1s or something.. Buy ticket for today vs Boise at the 43$ list price, get SDSU for free... The UNR game will sell itself.
This also puts to rest the believe that this is a pro town that will not support UNLV college athletics. Bring in the right coach and win in basketball and they would also come back.
100%. Vegas is big enough that it would support a winner for sure. And if the current students get used to going to the games, many of them will become alumni who will likely continue to go to games.

The good news is that we’ve been great against the spread during Odoms tenure and with a smallish line it’s not such a stretch. I think it’ll be a reasonably high scoring game with both teams in the 30’s.
