Kaluma is chasing a big NIL deal. It’s not like UNLV can offer a bigger role here compared to what he had at Creighton. He was a starter on an Elite 8 team UNLV doesn’t have a role larger than that to offer. Unless some booster is in love with Kaluma and is willing to spend multiple hundreds of thousands on him I don’t think we waste our time reaching out.
I think we are way too congested at his position. Pre hill and the boones I would have been all about it. I’d be much happier with a 10-15 min center and the pg position being filled. There is a such thing as too much talent. I can’t imagine he’d want to come here anyways for the same reason.
