The situation surrounding the UAB football program itself is odd. To blow up a football program only to bring it back a couple years later is extremely peculiar.

We would have gotten him qualified with us if he becomes qualified at UAB. We have the exact same standards as UAB as far as getting qualified. We knew that this was a possibility. It's actually a good sign to me.
