He is that much of an enigma...

Good game for him today. DET lost their a starting DE for the year today with an acl. There's a window of opportunity for him.

Behind Golladay, it's hard to find a rookie who impressed more Sunday than Valoaga did. He's an undrafted player with a history of injuries and off-the-field issues at UNLV, so perhaps his success is fleeting, but it's been noticeable in the mock game and then again Sunday, when he tied for the team lead with six tackles and also added a sack and a tackle for loss. He's built in the oversized mold of a Lions defensive end at 6 feet 6 inches and 275 pounds, and he's starting to show they don't have too many alternatives with the suspensions and injuries piling up."
