Recruiting will be harder and harder for KK. In the first year or two you can sell a dream. But now he has to sell a loser. Winning kids want to display their talent at the NCAA's. KK can only show them a team without a chance.
Every team has injuries. It's how you manage them that counts. Plus, my post was about recruiting and how this year won't be a beacon for what KK will need in his third year.
Total rebuild next year..

We don’t have a PG..

This is what is overlooked when you have a coach who does not produce or show that the program is going in the right direction. What do you tell the players/recruits in year 3? The first 2 recruiting classes he was selling the dream but now with this season, the dream popped back in December and it ain’t coming back. We are relegated to hoping for 3 wins in a tournament we have not won in a very long time and this year after the monumental collapse we are witnessing, it looks like we would have to win 4?!

That ain’t happening folks!

Agreed. And...sad but true.

We do have a point guard. The guys he should be passing to are injured or not playing. We have several point guards on the team. Harkless was one. Webster is used as a point because he is small and quick. Harkless after playing in the Big 12 relies on physical contact just like all the guards in the big 12 if you watch the games. They all push it inside first and then out it comes and around the horn so to speak and back to the point for a high screen and do it again. Keshon is a good point but the forwards have no hands or aren't in the game.

Sorry but Keshon is not a PG. Now that we are stepping up the competition in the league, he can't resist turning the ball over. This is why McCabe is getting run earlier and earlier in the games. You can't have a PG who's a turnover machine.

I know that we were giddy and hopeful when we were playing Life Insurance U, but now that we are playing real teams, he's showing his true colors at that position.
