I think you are talking about Altee Tenpenny the RB from Alabama. He was actually a late commit for this year and counts vs this years class but isn't eligible until next season. Singer who transferred from Kent State is the same thing eligible next year but count vs this years scholarships. I get what you are saying though since neither play this year they feel like next years class. If you add them both into the mix it would really bump up to probably third in the conference.Do transfers not count?

I wasn't clear on that. I was trying to say they counted vs scholarship count. But are not accounted for in recruiting classes.
