Pretty clear to me that we need a new DC plus we need a top notch Special Teams Coordinator with massively improved recruiting at those areas of the team. Improve those areas by 50% and the offense is likely better than a Top 25 offense in each of the above categories just because of the additional opportunities to handle the ball. With a great rushing offense being the focal point, those numbers would equate to a lot of wins and conference championships. In short, we have something going in one third of the game. In the other 2/3rds of the game, we are drowning. Time to pull that 2/3rds out of the deep end.
