Yep you don’t have to be the best XO guy as a HC. Tark had Grg. Rice I felt thought he was good at it and didn’t surround himself with someone that could be the XO guy. If the knock on JP is that he is not a XO guy then hopefully he knows this and brings in someone that is.
I don’t care what you do for work if you don’t utilize/ play towards your strengths and recognize your weaknesses and then do something about that you will not be real successful.
