Lots of traffic in n out - like 50 showings in a less then 3 weeks

And then yesterday full price cash offer 30 days to move. No BS appraisal
I asked for 45 days. They said ok on the 45 days. Out of state people. Now I gotta find a place to buy, looking at higher end apartment to purchase with lobby front desk, security to sign for packages etc... and underground parking.
It can be done with enough patience putting up with strangers during a Pandemic. I Hated the thought of strangers walking through my house while I wasn’t home. So I put cameras in strategic places that I could monitor while out of town. Plus had to hire someone to mop the floors every other day.
