Ahhh. Thought Outsey was a Rebel couple weeks ago but wasn't announced.

A 2014 3* 72nd ranked DE signed on to Iowa. Iowa moved him to TE. Between moving his position and being from Jersey in Iowa likely led to his going JUCO. Pure speculation on my part.

Big man runs a 4.6 40. Highlight video shows great hand eye coordination, vision, first step, and mobility for a big man. Had offers from Pitt, Buffalo, Iowa, and Akron as well as interest from a few places, including Michigan State, Syracuse, and Temple. I think he would have had more offers, but he committed early to Iowa out of high school.

Nice to have another capable big man to line up with Rodney Jones.
