How about the 2nd D Tackle
As long as we got a couple we will all be happy. You beat me to the last one
We got a DL from LSU?How about the 2nd D Tackle
This is very good for UNLV football, they are here because the staff saw something they could work with in terms of player development! So we added 3 300+ pound lineman today. That's a pretty good day
As far as I know, we still have the JC lineman coming in. Hernandez 6'4 305 OL and Altayeb 6'4 295 DL.This is very good for UNLV football, they are here because the staff saw something they could work with in terms of player development!
I can. hear the cooks at the Fertitta's complex just bemoans,"That is a lot of beef to feed!"This is very good for UNLV football, they are here because the staff saw something they could work with in terms of player development!
Bring on the “training” table for these guys, no doubt!I can. hear the cooks at the Fertitta's complex just bemoans,"That is a lot of beef to feed!"
Lets get the complex on diners, drive ins, and dives. I’m sure the guys would like a night at flavor town.I can. hear the cooks at the Fertitta's complex just bemoans,"That is a lot of beef to feed!"
Yeah, former Mullen recruitJalen Lee from LSU has 4 years of SEC experience, former Florida Gator (Mullen guy?) that was a four star in HS. Not much in terms of stats but he’s practiced against top tier talent every day.
Classes don't begin until January 21st, so I'd think they should be able to get out here in the next week, but IDKWill any of the recent guys be able to play spring ball or is it too late??
This!If you guys look at the heights and weights of these 3 linemen, they are not "fat". That is pretty fit for a football player at 6'3.
Remember in the 3-3-5 defense, the linemen need to be agile and tall. They need to shoot the gaps.
For sure, There is a deadline that you have to be enrolled by and I think its a week or two after the semester starts.Classes don't begin until January 21st, so I'd think they should be able to get out here in the next week, but IDK
I don’t think he is your typical LSU guy he didn’t play much in four years.Getting LSU transfers?
He will more than likely play a lot here, against G5 level competition!I don’t think he is your typical LSU guy he didn’t play much in four years.
Maybe, coming from a big school to a small one doesn’t guarantee success. Our Texas receiver just bore that out. I am more excited about the younger guys who have room to grow than a 5th/6th year player with 4 career tackles. At that point most of them are what they are. Mullen is probably getting as many bites at the apple as possible on those types figuring one or two will actually hit.But

True about Cain but there can be a Catalon or a Woodard who was a walk on at Arkansas.Maybe, coming from a big school to a small one doesn’t guarantee success. Our Texas receiver just bore that out. Except Woodard came here as a junior so a perfect example of someone to take a chance on. Catalon also had two years' eligibility left. The ones I am less excited about are the ones who have already played 4 years. But that doesn't mean they aren't worth taking a chance on. We have signed a number of guys with only a year left so I am sure some of them will pop.True about Cain but there can be a Catalon or a Woodard who was a walk on at Arkansas.
But I ask you, what is the alternative in the NIL marketplace?
We are a G5 playing mostly G5 teams all we have to do is beat all of them to get a seat at the table at season’s end. Kind of like a bear is chasing you and someone else, be faster than the guy with you and you stay alive!
