I talked with the assistants and they certainly didn't talk as if there is a change coming. Old pros at the game but maybe.
Yup. And, if we are going to give them the space to shoot those threes and not make adjustments to get in their face we are going to get killed every time. We didn't learn that lesson from Creighton.

That is why it is important to keep pushing the football team if UNLV wants any change to get in the Big12. If UNLV keeps improving, then they will have value to the Big12. The funny thing is byu, Utah, TCU all did everything at the right time, and here is UNLV coming in at the last minute making waves, and it is very possible we could end up in the same conference as those teams with better facilities than any of them have for the major sports!
This is what I know, I could be wrong but my theory on why 5 players transferred out of UNLV is.
Our best player, Amarachi Kimpson wants to get paid and saw that her NIL money will be better at a P5 school.
I, thought she was loyal and happy at UNLV but being homesick and getting more money, just did it for her.
McKinna Brackens and Macy Spencer are also from the state of Texas.

Kenadee Winfrey and Elli Guiney, were not getting enough playing time. So, they decided to take their talents elsewhere.
The money for players in women's BB will be in Revenue Sharing not NIL. Most P4 programs will have revenue sharing with women's BB to the tune of $ 400 K to $ 500 K. ( around $ 35 K per player ) IMO, we won't be near that.
That's huge. Lindy has proven to be extremely loyal to UNLV. Now we need to invest in the program more
