Kendal Keys out for the Season

Kendal Keys will miss the season, had surgery earlier this week. Tough loss for the offense but creates opportunities for the young guys.

Presley and Woods will now have bigger roles. Stevenson, Trosclair and as mentioned by Toddy Dewey , walk-on Allan Cui will contribute ( I know a couple posters who love seeing this).

Also I think this opens up more for a guy like Tim Holt and Price at the TE spot to create mismatches. It a big loss as Keys was developing really well but I think we have enough pieces in place to still be very dangerous in the passing game.

It really does suck, but that is football. Just hope the other receivers can make up for the loss and that Kendal Keys has an easy and safe surgery.

On the brighter side, it staggers Boyd and Keys, class-wise, so now they won't be leaving at the same time.

Get after that rehab, Kendal!
