Kamran committed yesterday and announced about 2 hours ago. He is a huge pickup; the 6th highest rated recruit in UNLV history. Ranked as the 619th best prospect in America.

What was one of the pitches the staff gave him? That Jet Thomas produced as a true freshman and as a smaller back and he could do similar things. Barry and Co are hot right now.

He runs with a great center of gravity and he's got elite 5 yard acceleration. Lots of film of him getting skinny through smaller holes and exploding through them. He's not as strong as Jet, but has better top end speed. Reminds me a little bit of Lexington Thomas with his size and acceleration.
