I dont think Rice is bad at making adjustments. I just think WE had some deficiencies and he did not want to get certain players exposed and get blamed for losses. So he took it upon him self to come up with a game plan ( him taking the heat) to try and neutralize it. While teaching the players what it takes to play in his system and PLAY as a team and respect each other. Basically setting up the foundation of a winning organization. Next year is make or break. We will find out soon enough.
