Sports suck.
A primary reason I gravitated away from pro sports was free agency/its all for the name on the back, not on the front. Sickens me.
Now it’s free agency without guardrails, free agency on steroids.
Who in their right mind is paying HS kids .... what is there to gain by doing so. I'm not buying a car from a local dealership because the QB1 for the Panthers is promoting in a commercial
No matter your age it's still an Athlete's name and image. A child actor who does a commercial gets paid. The theory is athletes shouldn't be different.
