I have noticed several uncalled flops after a season of calling every single one of them. Why change the rules during the tournament? Be consistent or change the rule back.

I have noticed several uncalled flops after a season of calling every single one of them. Why change the rules during the tournament? Be consistent or change the rule back.
Most conferences didn't call them during the season, or called them very little. I watch alloy of Big 10 and ACC basketball and can only remember a couple being called.
Like it has been stated many times by others, the tourney is called more like they do in the bigger conferences than it is in MWC play.
