It’s probably black to signify our standing as the “bad boys” of college hoops. Remember the NC game in ’90. It was the oh-so-good guys (Duke) vs the very-very-bad Rebels of UNLV. And we executed a 30-point beatdown on them. Aaah life was so good that year…
