“Devin is one of the most skilled and versatile players I have ever coached,” Windward assistant coach Matt Elkin said. “Not only can he impact the game in a variety of ways, but he has such a high IQ it is like having a coach out there on the floor whenever he is in the game.

Gonna have to trust Coach Otz on this one. He isn't ranked, didn't have any interest from major schools but was injured last year which undoubtedly impacted his exposure. However, it's always good to have high IQ, 6'6" guys who can shoot. We're done signing players right? We'll have like 17 players on the roster at this rate.

I am the first one to agree that it is likely Tillman leaves since he is currently in the coaces dog house, and has been there much of the season.

That said, wasnt there a ton of speculation that he would leave regardless? Like coming into the week he got his waiver, I remember hearing (unvetted) that he would have gone pro in spring 2020 even if he didnt get the waiver.

If his apparent attitude and production werent both issues, I'd love to have him back. Never met him, never met anyone that knows him well. Seems like a headache on this team though...

I cannot see Tillman playing in the NBA next year. No way. Tillis sounds like a solid get. I like the idea of a team of position shifters.

I agree. He's fringe good enough at his best imo. When playing average ball and off court issues? He'll be overseas.

He could be good enough to be in the league. Would love to see it happen. If he can get himself figured out.

I guess we will see if Coach O a good evaluator of talent. ‍♂️ Gotta trust in what he is doing right. One thing I see on other teams is guys that can run the offense don’t need to look at the coach every time to see what to run or what is happening on the court. IQ
