In all honesty those that like to know what's going on day-to-day (when the reports are available) are on the Confidential Board. Those who are more patient aren't. There's also a lot more conversation over there but if you don't think it's worth it then by all means avoid whatever "Denial and Deception" that unfolds there.. How funny.. ha ha)

Not a fan of paying to get to talk about my favorite team. Maybe if we got a cool "Rebel-Net Confidential Board Member" t-shirt with a paid membership I would be more likely to join. Or a bumper sticker saying, "I was able to hear the information you all just found out 48 hours ago on the Confidential Board." But right now I would much rather donate that money to a local charity or to UNLV.

The so called "Confidential Board" board doesn't share any real information anyway. The people who do have inside information won't/don't trust anyone outside of a little clic. There has been more conversation there justifying why information can't or won't be shared than any real information. At best you only get little cryptic pieces to try to draw your own conclusions. In that sense I guess it really is a Confidential Board.

I don't pay for it anymore, but I never really understood the heat it takes on this board either.

I certainly understand why some information has to be held back. Anybody with $10 a month or $100 a year can have access to it, so it would be everywhere, and if the people that actually get this inside info put everything on there, then the information would dry up anyway.

Maybe the name "confidential board" should be changed to premium board. That way people don't assume they will have access to all the things people that have spent years building contacts have access to. It just wouldn't make sense for them to burn the bridges to make the average UNLV fan happy.

You still get access to information you wouldn't have over here. It's not just the stuff that you hear about 2 days later either. You can get insights to how decisions are being made, compare information from different sources, and there are plenty of people who just don't post over here anymore.
