We recently had a discussion and I know we’ve had it several times in the past. Talking about perhaps compromising too much for your best player because he is good enough to win games. I know I can name five or six players where it happened to some degree.
Appears we have much of the same. Disproportionate NILs can cause jealousy among teammates. Being given the keys to the car can be just as bad if not worse.
I’m hearing that’s the case and I’ll be first to admit that if it’s true, I really misjudged the situation.
