Where are the MWC contracts published that cover the exact wording of the concepts we are discussing ( i.e. The number of programs that need to vote to disband, the exact date for a two year notice, requirements that need to be met to participate in payouts etc.)

When we discuss this it would be nice to know the exact language.

Thanks. Some of the info is in Bylaws. But the "resignation" dates don't look right. Also can't see the amendments.
