247 transfer portal ranking shows us 68th with 2 inbound and 26 outbound. Is this cause for concern?

None right now. Way to early in process.
Regardless of people's feelings on Colandrea, Mullen got his guy at the most important position on the field relatively early in the portal window which is good.
A lot of visits coming up..
Odom first year was rated very low. He crushed it after that.
It’s early and Mullen has a ton offers out. Not worried at all. We’re in way better position than when Odom took over. Have some good returnees and a ton of the high school class are still committed. I believe arroyo only had 4 high school recruits signed when Odom took over smh lol. Odom left us with a great core of players.
It's not really a new system though. The spread offense Dan runs is very common in today's game. In fact it's probably easier to learn than the Go-Go in terms of formations. Defensive maybe, but defense is pretty reactive and instinctive from base formation

To your point almost every person on the team at some point of their life has been part of a spread offense, or has defended against the spread.
