49 Predictions

If we lose to San Jose State this season, as Mike Grimala predicts, Tony Sanchez won't be around to open Raider Stadium. I have no idea how many games UNLV will win this year, but I think the San Jose State game will be one of their victories.

As Dick Calvert, the voice of the Rebels since 1971, told me at the scrimmage last Saturday "We will have to wait and see what happens." That's going out on a limb.

One thing for sure is I will be a season ticket holder again next year, and I hope Tony will still be the Coach. Hope springs eternal.

JUST DO IT!!! Go Rebels!!!

I am with you on the hope springs eternal. Jumping on a plane right now to come down to Vegas for the season opener.

We will crush Southern Utah.... then I guess we will see what happens.

I hope I am on a plane a year from now, flying to Vegas, to see a Tony Sanchez coached team in a beautiful new 2 Billion dollar stadium.

See you all tomorrow at Sam Boyd! Aka the Silver Bowl!

I liked the idea and him being creative with that article, but it was actually 48 predictions. He repeated one with two different answers:
19. What will be UNLV’s highest-scoring game? 47 points vs. Hawaii (Nov. 16)
29. What will be UNLV’s highest-scoring game? 46 points vs. Southern Utah

… spreading his bets... and I hope both are correct! Actually, I hope SUU is much more!
