I assume CMA will give him a yes. The bigger question is will he have to sit a year or does he get an exemption and immediate eligibility. He didn't play at TCU but the UNLV D could use him right away.

Plant Jr played in 12 games last year at TCU, he only recorded 3 tackles all year long,... all in 1 game. Rivals had him as a 4 star recruit. 247 and ESPN had him as a 3 star recruit. I don't see how or why he would get a waiver.

Sorry, Yes I knew he played for TCU. I meant he wasn’t much of factor for them. I didn’t know he played in all 12 games though. I guess I incorrectly assumed he was red shirting and only played in 4 games by his stats.

As far as waivers go- you never know. If he wants it and gets a lawyer it could happen. The automatic sit a year has been challenged a lot recently.
