The 3* just took an official visit to San Jose State and had committable offers from other good schools. Fertitta is doing great work right now. Christensen and his family were all in after they visited but seemed like they didnt want to rush anything.

Is Nicco Fertitta involved in recruiting? If you do not mind me asking, what is he doing that has helped out with recruiting?
I did notice he has offers from Arizona, Auburn, BYU, Florida Atlantic, Louisville, Michigan, San Jose, Kansas, Texas A&M, Maryland, Hawaii, Connecticut, and Fresno State. Interesting side note that Rivals had FanFuture listing him as 100% going to Kansas. Nice pick up for UNLV.
Nicco is the new safeties coach and is young and is able to connect with recruits. Position coaches almost always lead the recruitment of their position group. He is "cool." Not a lot of people can say they played at Notre Dame and were on staff at LSU like he can.
In our opinion, Rivals is not the best at predicting those types of things. Of course recruitments change but a lot of their predictions are outdated. He took a visit last Fall so they predicted him to commit there.
