Just saw that he was hired as (NFL) Titans OC? This was announced awhile ago but wow paper thin resume for an NFL OC job. Only time he was OC was one season here at unlv.

Rebels #76 in total offense under Holz in 2022...
If he was getting another OC gig with his resume at the FBS level...Ok I guess..
But not sure what an NFL team sees in him to be honest.
He is not calling plays and he goes way back with the new head coach and his family
Did not know that. Might make that work. A lot of guys are great play designers, but don't have good feel for when to call plays..
UNLV has a history of being a head coaching graveyard but there is a long list of assistants that have gone on to much bigger things.
