Tevita Gerber is a left-handed pitcher from Salt Lake City, Utah who attends Cottonwood High School. He is a two-sport athlete for the Colts, playing both football and baseball. Gerber is a three-year letter winner on the baseball team and led the team with 65 strikeouts in 49 innings of work. He finished the season with an ERA of 1.71 and a WHIP of 1.27 and earned first team all-region honors. Gerber was also the starting quarterback for the Colts, but elected to not play his senior season in order to concentrate on baseball.
