No matter who we get it won't be a top coach. It will be interesting to find out why we weren't able to get a really top tier coach.
Was it our lack of p5 affiliation? Was money not truly there? Did our administration botch the job? Did top coaches have a bad perception of us? Was it an issue with AD having only one year on her contract? Just bad timing?
IMO, Non P5 programs will have an extremely hard time getting top coaches due to the gap in total program resources between mid-major and P5.
