When is CDM going to announce his coaching staff?

I love it. I just get concerned with how it all fits with the new conference. All the other teams need to step up huge and I don't see how they can do it.

They cannot..

Barring some unforseen booster stepping up.

AFA will always be AFA.

Wyoming has some good fan support and booster support but it's gotta be tough to recruit to Laramie. It makes what Boise State has done really impressive.

SJSU with a big recruiting base to work with makes it possible for them to take the next step but they've never shown any desire or commitment to get better. They simply don't seem to have enough fans/alumni that care.

Reno will likely plod along like they are. Chode is already sounding off about the need for investment. He's one year away from going full Sanford Locker room rant.

UTEP With investment I could see them putting a solid program together..

Hawaii will always be handcuffed. They'll pop up every couple of years but sustained success will be difficult.

UNM Similiar to Reno.

Odom took three weeks to install his own staff. So that gives Mullen a couple of weeks to get his staff hired and onboard if he’s on a similar schedule. The next date of interest is Jan . 19. ( this date was hard to find and could be off by a few days either way) That’s the last date for enrollment in the spring semester. Important to get players in spring ball.

Quick blurb about Dennis.

'work ethic was praised by Meyer's successor Ryan Day and former players such as Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow. He was promoted to a graduate assistant position in 2016, and then promoted again in 2018 as the senior quality control coach. In his role as the senior quality control coach, Dennis received praise from Ohio State quarterbacks and Heisman Trophy finalists Dwayne Haskins and Justin Fields for his assistance in their stellar 2018 and 2019 seasons.'
