For me, it was totally dropping the ball with DTJ last season. You can't waste away a precious local talent like that and not give him weapons. The bad losses piled up and I was done

No coach is perfect. All have embarrassing losses.

In the end, the report card, the personal evaluation - is given by the fans. Some fans are ok with this, ok with that, while others aren’t. Put it in a blender and mix it up as you will … and when everything is settled.

If the home arena is dead, so is the program.

We were getting less than 4K every single game and there were many where there were less than 2K in attendance. I’m not talking about a one off game, a holiday game that takes place at 1pm on a weekday, I’m talking regularly.

If you lose the fanbase, you lose your job. 300 or so happy go lucky, don’t worry, be happy, kumbaya queens ain’t saving it.

Keep it mind … it’s the truest barometer.

Losing to Southern and AFA... otherwise we make the tournament last year.
The AFA loss was really bad. I so wanted to yell at the entire staff and get 86th..

Team fresh off of Winter Break and laid an atomic turd.

I was so pissed, I left my headphones on the seat and Pap or his buddies probably jacked em.

Mad props to guys like Pistol Pete, WHR Paid 55 bucks to watch them lose in the conference tournament this year.

The voice of TKM whispering “basketball will always pay for itself”..

Hopefully, Harper catches a break and makes a decent hire.

For me it was blowing it on the road in New Mexico, year one. Had a real opportunity to kick things into overdrive with the program, build a coaching resume as someone that is 30 something and an NIT berth in year one.

That was a prime opportunity to sell recruits and keep the momentum going for year two.

Of course the exact opposite happened. Disaster in year 2 and the rest is history.

NIL
The turning point was the day he was hired if we knew his style of play and recruiting prowess was gonna be so bad.

DRF's Incompetence!
I had a crush on her…too bad she was married.

The AD giving him a job that he wasn’t qualified for. I’m not blaming KK at all for his failure as a HC, he wasn’t ready and was set up to fail.
Bruh.,how much was he making his final year? He’s laughing all the way to the bank.

Also when he couldn’t rally the troops to play the equivalent of an intramural squad in Canada.

It was the awful offense and defense.
I picked offense since the defense had some redeeming qualities at times. Both contributed to the bad rebounding. No structure in the offense makes shots unpredictable so it is hard to seal off your man. Defensively if you abandon your man all the time to help out in the middle then you have sometimes zero players in position to secure a rebound.
Fix those two things. You win more, more fans come, people are happy.
Interviews, no one cares.
NIL has been the best in the league, not a good reason.
No one game will do it, and play better team offense/defense, you probably don't lose those games. Especially the WTF games.
