With all the roster turn-over we've seen in past 5+ years, it's nice to have someone learn from a previous season's trek through the conference schedule.

When asked after the game how personally satisfying it was to beat the in-state rival for the first time, Mooring beamed.
"You were there last year when they ran the score up both times,"
"I met with all the guys before the game and just let them know this is going to be a battle," Mooring said. "Coach has been on me about making sure everyone is on the same page going into this game. We did a great job of responding."
Next year most of the roster will have MWC experience. We may actually get to see upperclassmen pass it down to the Freshman how every scrub in this scrubby conference is trying to show off for the scouts at the Rebel games..
