On Kansas City radio that they'd be a good fit in the Big 12 as all this conference realiagnment crap settles. The focuses were on basketball history, UNLV being a better school that percieved, as well as the Big 12 Tournaments would be played in Vegas. I think right now they are in Dallas. No idea if this has any legs, but they guy who said it is the most popular in KC sports talk.

I would love for UNLV to get into the Big 12! I don’t think the Pac will be viable if Oregon, Washington, Cal and Stanford all leave.

Once all of the chips fall (Big 10 adding more) I think the Big 12 will add CU, Utah, ASU and UofA, leaving Wazzu and OSU and I think Cal (ND will join BIG) to join a league with SDSU, UNLV, etc. maybe it will be called the PAC but obviously won’t be the PAC.

I think the best case for SDSU and UNLV is that the AZ and Mountain schools stay in the PAC and then SDSU, UNLV, CSU and some others join those 4 plus Wazzu, OSU and Cal.

There are some interesting things going on behind the scenes. Does it amount to more changes? I’m not sure.

I can’t share details but at least some dominoes may be happening within one week or so that can, possibly, benefit us.

They won't settle, to me Big 12 is best bet if UNLV can get in.
