According to the roster, that’s Jaden Henley the DePaul transfer.#10 is all over the place, love his energy
I need to see a little more, but I’m really liking him so far. He hit a three that didn’t move the net, grabbed a rebound and took it coast to coast and had a sick dunk. If he can put up 10-12ppg he’s a solid 2nd or 3rd option. Willing to rebound is huge from the wing.According to the roster, that’s Jaden Henley the DePaul transfer.
Someone on X said Rebs won in OT, in the 90s for total scoreAmazing that not one person responds to score/ win or lose???
Hmmm… not what you want to hear!Someone on X said Rebs won in OT, in the 90s for total score
OT win!? 👀 Who did we play? That looked like a JC team out there in blue.Heard the Rebels pulled away in OT and won “handily” … 10 point win??? High 90’s. But it was mostly 5-6 players with the points.
University of San Diego.OT win!? 👀 Who did we play? That looked like a JC team out there in blue.
I did see Whaley out there but no highlights. I was going to ask about Hill. I didn’t see him (#1) at all.Did Whaley and Boone play in the scrimmage? I did not see their names/stats at the beginning of this thread?
Yeah not good.If they gave up 80 plus to USD, my geez..........
That's Steve Lavin's USD Toreros. I imagine he's upgraded that roster some. Besides, I watched the highlights and we only missed one shot and that was rebounded and put back. Clearly we're unstoppable this year!OT win!? 👀 Who did we play? That looked like a JC team out there in blue.
So does the team in redThat looked like a JC team out there in blue.
Been saying it for the last 2 years, Kevin should have been “canned” already! They lost to UCSB in the 2nd scrimmage.
Nah, just tune everything out till the first week of March... Make it a short seasonBeen saying it for the last 2 years, Kevin should have been “canned” already!
This is going to be a very looooong season!
Easier said than done! LolNah, just tune everything out till the first week of March... Make it a short season
People pay too much attention to things that don’t matter. Highlight reels, number of stars next to a players name, which program a player transfers from, exhibition games. I only care about on court results in games that count. I’ll reserve judgement until I see the actual product.Nah, just tune everything out till the first week of March... Make it a short season
I could be wrong but I fear your negative judgement will be coming by the end of December!People pay too much attention to things that don’t matter. They always suck in scrimmages under Kevin. They lost to UCSB in the 2nd scrimmage.
Nah, I have too many other positive things going for me in life to be stressed out about something I have no control over or the outcome of sporting events.I could be wrong but I fear your negative judgement will be coming by the end of December!
We used like 5 guys for 80% of the minutes last year so how much shorter can the bench get? They always suck in scrimmages under Kevin.
Anyone remember the disaster in Canada? Last year lost right out of the gate. This is nothing new.
I am also concerned that Kevin is openly saying that we will use a short bench for the next few games since 3 guys are dinged up and not ready. Supposedly a deep roster and not even going to utilize it and develop guys.
Right, you are here posting sunshine because you don’t really care? LolNah, I have too many other positive things going for me in life to be stressed out about something I have no control over or the outcome of sporting events.
Sure hope some day we can do better than getting an NIT invite because 1/2 the league turned down invites. They always suck in scrimmages under Kevin.

I don’t recall any MWC school turning it down but agree that a lot of schools across the country did.Sure hope some day we can do better than getting an NIT invite because 1/2 the league turned down invites.
Are you slow or something or is reading comprehension never been your strong point? I never said I didn’t care, I said I don’t get stressed out. If you get worked up by the outcome of sporting events, then you need to reevaluate your life and priorities.Right, you are here posting sunshine because you don’t really care? Lol
Nice try!

I dont beleive any schools in the MWC turned down an invite. When i stated league i was referring to the NCAA not just the MWCI don’t recall any MWC school turning it down but agree that a lot of schools across the country did.
What the hell are you even talking about? Are you a special kind of stupid? When did I claim to ever know you, much less know how you feel? You’re the one who said “right, nice try” questioning my sincerity when I said I didn’t get stressed out over things I have no control of.You are slow if you think you know someone from a post, you don’t!
I don’t care if you agree or disagree but don’t act like you know someone you have never met because you saw their post on a message board.
What goes around, comes around!
I try not to, sometimes it gets the best of me, but usually it’s fleeting. We have no impact on the outcome of a game, we don’t have a say in who is hired or fired … you just …. hope. What the hell are you even talking about? Are you a special kind of stupid? That’s exactly where I’m at. I’ve been following UNLV in all sports since the early 80’s and as you, I used to be very emotionally invested, but as the years flew by and the hair got a little grayer and the knees got a little sorer. Some things in life just seemed more important. I’m not a gambler and I dont bet on sports, so the outcome of a sporting event does nothing to improve my life either personally or financially. I have 2 special needs children at home that I would rather focus my time and emotion on.I try not to, sometimes it gets the best of me, but usually it’s fleeting. I used to get far more agitated when I was younger. And it lasted a long time. It’s probably a combination of getting older/changing priorities and the school has floundered for such a large percentage of seasons, especially lately, that you kinda pull back on the emotional investment a bit.
Alabama State I believe?without looking at the schedule, are we opening against Georgia Southern again?
