Yes and no. This was more or less USA's C/D team, but the C/D team would have dominated easily in the 90s and early 2000s. I think people just need to realize that international basketball would become a lot more competitive. Today's "Dream Team" would probably still sweep the board, but the competition is a lot tougher which makes things like 2023 and 2019 possible. FIBA basketball is also a different beast, height matters a lot and USA lacked that vs Germany.
