It appears that UNLV has become a little smarter in the fact that they have already opened up season ticket sales for new season ticket holders, while last year I believe they held of to fairly late before allowing new season ticket holders to purchase tickets. From the look of things, I expect we will have a really nice boost in ticket sales.

I looked at available seats in the club section I was interested in and there were very few. I've yet to decide to purchase as I would only be able to attend a couple of games a season being that I live out of state. Debating to make a similar size donation or buy tickets. I believe ticket sales for those season tickets end today.
I do not believe ticket sales for existing season tickets end today, but the early bird pricing does end today. I already purchased for next season. If you think you may only go to a few games, then you may be better of getting a mini-package, or another good option is to buy the season tickets and sell the games you can't attend to offset your cost. I believe I could have easily sold off my tickets on an individual basis for more than I paid for them.
I locked in tickets earlier this week. I will be traveling from Phoenix for the games. The Rebel App gives you the option to sell or transfer tickets for any game.
