I think you'd like to see at least one guy with some meaningful snaps/starts under his belt at FBS level. Maybe another JUCO/FCS guy with experience. Maybe take a flyer on a former 4/5 star guy that got buried on a depth chart somewhere.

Now to me this is great news. I didn't know that about him. Football has turned into a quarterback league in the pros and the NCAA is following right in line. Might have been Odom's achilles heal. Let's face it, in his two years here his initial starting qb's choices were wrong had to go to the bullpen twice. We need "it factor" qb to take the next step. Under Marcus Arroyo we got JM who is good enough to start in a P4 school. Sluka and HMK were Odom's not so good. I'm hoping you're right Quarterback Whisperer! We're do!!!!
Mullen isn't going to use a Juco FCS kid. He will be bringing former SEC or Big 10 starter in. Just watch.
