It looked like San Diego St. would salvage at least one win for the conference but they faltered down the stretch and in OT. Sad showing

Yeah, we really need to get back to the class of the conference and begin to make noise on the Trny. Embarrassing showing and huge opportunity for UNLV to take control of a not so great conference. Hoping CKK and his crew can have some big wins in the portal and recruiting.

I have no doubt after this season that CKK can coach with mid level players, would love to see what will happen if he can bring in a couple more shooters beyond the one recruit. It wouldn't be a big leap after watching the NCAA tournament (figuratively watching) for UNLV to win the conference next season!

He has to bring in three shooters to make up for the loss of Hamilton.

At least three scorers! One or two who can create off the dribble and a marksman from 3 who just doesn’t miss when the game gets tight. If Kruger adds that to Williams and improved Gilbert, Baker, Webster, Muoka and Iwuakor and you might have the makings of a team who could be playing in March!

I don’t think Kevin is too far off when it comes to possibly turning the corner unless recruiting and/or transfer portal wooing tanks this off season. If they can get at least 2 guys who can score, one big and at least one guy who is deadly from 3, they could be a nice surprise come March. Also the core guys that here have to get better and putting the ball in the basket as well!
