Shawn Marion was only at UNLV for one year, but we couldn't have asked for a better representative in the Association IMO. Marion averaged about 15 ppg and 9 rpg for his career and got himself some jewelry with the Dallas Mavericks. He might have had the ugliest jumper in the history of the sport, but he was a joy to watch nonetheless. He was a hustle first, 2nd and always type who could rebound and defend with the best of them. He might also be one of the best open floor scorers the game has ever seen. I'll always remember his high flying act with those unbelievably entertaining Suns teams with Nash and Stoudemire. Long story short, Shawn is hanging it up after 16 years and i think he deserves his own thread discussing his career.
