It's clear where Coach Beard focuses his energy. Taking care of the ball, taking quality shots and defense first. Can you imagine with a slightly more talented recruit, teaching them his fundamentals, the kind of things he could do here? Yes, I get that the overall quality of competition skews the numbers, but it evens out more when you realize the kids he had to work with.
