Rivals is releasing an App for android and iOS. They'll both be out very soon. The Andriod version might be out as of a couple hours ago.
Don't get your expectations up too high. I know they've already submitted a dot upgrade for bug fixes and they are already working on the following upgrade. Keep an eye out, but you might want to wait a few releases. It's supposed to function fine, in general, for now but the tech team is making a lot of tweaks.
I cannot promise you a timeframe on any of this but know that mobile and App is the primary area of focus now and the foreseeable future.
